Sb-06 Grade 99.9999. The content of Antomony is above 99.9999%. The total content of AG, As, Au, Bi, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb & Zn is bellow 1 ppm;
Uitra High Purity Antimony:
Sb-07 Grade 99.99999. The content of Antomony is above 99.99999%. The total content of AG, Au, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb & Zn is bellow 0.1 ppm;
Usage:
It is mainly used in the manufacture of III-V compound semiconductor, such as InSb, Bi2Sb, GaSb etc. High purity alloy, the material of electronic refrigerating element and as a dopant of Germanium & Silicon single crystal.
